Availability of family rooms.

The experience was alarming and unsafe throughout my stay. There was constant noise from the parking lot, with sketchy individuals roaming around, impossible to relax or feel comfortable in my own room. I was worried for my family's safety, and I didn't get any sleep due to the unsettling atmosphere.

They offered us inviting and brand-new rooms with mini fridge, TV, three beds. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a plus. The location was incredible, adjacent to Knotts Berry Farm as well as several beaches, in a secure area.

Nice location for theme parks and comfy extra beds for a family of six. Plus, having a pool was a lovely way to cool off after our adventures!

Well, I wasn't expecting the ceiling to leak-thought I was checking into a hotel, not a water park!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was super convenient for visiting Adventure City and the Hobby City Doll and Toy Museum with the kids. Having a three-bed room saved us a lot of hassle and money.

My wife says that it would be great if they had more kid-friendly dining options.

would consider staying here again

Affordable price for a mini getaway weekend. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Convenient to nearby stores. Liked the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Room had a microwave and refrigerator, which is cool. Spa facilities like the hot tub were nice. But the cleanliness was not acceptable, which is a bummer.
